Christmas Cookies

Christmas sucked this year for me.  Dying.. fighting.. you name it.   So over the weekend I made chocolate chip cookies.  I thought I would give them away but I haven’t given one single chocolate morsel of cookie to anyone.  Today I had so far about four or five.  I don’t know.  I had a good normal proportioned breakfast. I am working out.  I haven’t really committed to a hard workout just yet.  I’m taking it very slowly.  I’m starting with Tae Bo basics.  This week I’m starting P90X.  I’m only doing the cardio, kempo, stretch and yoga for now.  Let’s see how this goes.

Christmas Weekend 2010

I thought a divorce could bring on the stress until death came along and won the race.  I’m just so overcome with sadness that sometimes I can’t catch my breath.   I also had a major fight with my mother.  She suffers from depression as well.  I’m aware of these very stressful and saddened circumstance so now I will have to feed them differently than the usual Reese’s prescription with a weekly injection of chocolate cake.

Breakfast: chicken noodle soup homemade 8 crackers

Lunch:  peanut butter sandwich

Snack:  apple

 

activity: shoveling snow for 20 mins.
